Wow, talk about thinking alike.  I talked with Walt this morning - great guy.  Anyway his hours are:

Thurs & Fri  11 - 6

Sat.          11 - 5 

 

BTY his new shop on 8 Pitts St. in Berlin is now called Walt's Train Shop (410-641-2438).  The shop is smaller now (600 sq') but he now only sells trains - nothing else.  Hope this helps.
