Mich, is this great layout in a member's home or do you have a separate club site? How many members (active) does your club have? A real nice layout and I liked the three docksiders together the most.

This modular layout belongs to the Glancy Trains Modular Group. We set the layout up at my house outside for a BBQ and "end of train season" event for the Detroit 3 Railers. I am a member of both organizations and was able to secure use of the layout for the event. This makes for a fun get together.
Monthly meetings are held at members homes. Those without a layout are required to host a meeting with a partner member. Membership is at 19 with a voted 20 as the cut off.
