I am looking at one of the new Atlas locomotives and was wondering if anyone has made the bi level or any other Metra cars for that matter.

K-Line made an F40-PH (K2442-0104
MTH made a four car and two car set of bilevel cars (20-65192 and 20-66192)
MTH has made three different types of passenger cars decorated for Metra. The Premier Bi-Level cars are probably what you are looking for. These are the closest I have found in 'O' to the cars that Metra operates on their diesel lines. MTH's model is of the older Pullman cars with the smooth sides and Metra still has a few remaining on their equipment roster. They look similar enough to the newer Budd, Amerail, or Nippon-Sharyo cars as long as you get over the lack of fluted sides. They are certainly more realistic than the Amfleet or SuperLiner cars which Metra does not operate.
Premier Bi-Level:
20-6559, 4-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-6659, 2-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-61026, 4-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-61027, 2-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-61028, 4-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-61029, 2-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-65055, 4-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-66055, 2-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-65192, 4-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
20-66192, 2-Car Bi-Level Passenger Set
Premier Amfleet:
20-6520, 4-Car Amfleet Passenger Set
RailKing SuperLiner:
30-6544, 4-Car SuperLiner Set
30-6545, 2-Car SuperLiner Set
30-6546, SuperLiner Business Class Car
I have the MTH 4 car set, 20-6559. I got them from @MrMuffin'sTrains. I wish I had gotten the two car set that went with them. Oh well. Have the engine as well. All are spot on for what I see and take into downtown, when I go downtown.

You could always ask Scott Mann at 3rd Rail to add METRA bi-level commuter coaches to the list of metal passenger cars to produce.
