I am having a hard time trying to log on to view the digital magazine.Can do it from my phone fine but when I log on with my home computer it will not go past the logon page.It accepts the pass word but defaults back to logon screen.Am using windows 7 with IE if that helps. John K

Your problem may be totally technology related on your end. You do know that Windows will end support for Win 7 next January, right? That probably means the end for IE (if it hasn't already ended) too. You should probably update to Win 10 now (you can still do this for free, just search internet for how).
To resolve your immediate problem, try using another browser (Firefox or derivatives and Chrome or derivatives come to mind). That switch (away from IE) has resolved problems for plenty of forum members here. Let us know if you still have problems.

Chuck is correct....IE has known problems with certain readers and they have not made any attempts to correct the problem....we have reported it several times. Just go to Firefox or Chrome and then log in making sure that you have logged out from your phone...
