When I roll the cursor over a post, it disappears. What's going on with that? Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep...it is a browser issue on your end. You need to have the latest version of your web browser and have the Java apps up to date.
I was having the same issue yesterday, but today everything works fine!
(Still using IE7 here.)
IE7!! That came out in 2005!

No offense oldhead but ya better stick to railroading!!! 
Most enterprise system software is laboriously massaged to be backwards compatible to at least IE6.
Social apps like this forum's software are more likely tailored to the newest and best (like your fave Firefox) since that's what folks use at home.
In a business with lots of enterprise vendor software apps it's not unusual to be running windows software with copyright dates back in the past millenium.
On a final note, congrats for a good implementation Rich! Very few problems for such a big undertaking.
