I would like to re-paint a beep. I have removed the shell from the chassis, removed the windows, even was able to remove number boards, which were glued in without damage. The hand rails and Horns all appeared to be glued in. Any ides of how to remove them without damage?

Very carefully with a jewelers flat head screw driver pry out the railing supports. If it remember right they are kind of pressure fit in.
The horns are glued in, but you could just mask them off for painting. I've removed all the other stuff at one time or the other, but never the horns.

I usually just paint the horns and then repaint them instead.
