Maybe Mark the Menards Train Guy (and others) can chime in on this.

I've noticed that some buildings go from being out of stock on-line for extended periods only to show up again months later. I think this has happened both with Camaraderie Bar & Grill and the Dairy Barn. You posted recently about the Herman's Sauerkraut Factory and the Fire-Damaged Engine House stating to get 'em while you can since they will sell out (I took your advice on the former). I'm only into the hobby for about a year but I'm intrigued by what I think was called "Menard's Mercantile" (Davenport Department Store via Woodlands Scenic). What are the chances that Menard's will make another run of the Mercantile building as well as other "sold out" buildings?

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!

James,

We have ceased production on the Camaraderie Bar & Grill, Classic Dairy Barn and Menard Mercantile as we are focusing our efforts on future buildings that we are very excited about. A second run is not out of the question for these but it is highly unlikely.

Merry Christmas!

Since Menard's is making some of the nicest buildings in "O" Gauge, it would nice if their computer people could design a program showing which stores had which buildings. It would make it easier for everybody looking for a certain building. Especially those buildings not listed on their website.

Jim,

I agree, checking store availability is very helpful tool! For those wondering how to check store availability, here's how to do it.

1. You are going to want to start by choosing "My Store" at the top of the webpage. If you aren't near a Menards store, location is not important and any store will work.

2. On the product page, you will see a "Store Availability" box. I have entered "My Store" already as Eau Claire West, you can see this item is not available. If the item out of stock at your store, click on "Check Another Store for Availability."

3. The next screen will show you a list of all stores that currently have the item in stock. If there isn't one at your local Menards store, you are more than welcome to "Contact Store to Purchase." This step is as simple as it sounds. Just call the hardware desk at the chosen store and they will FedEx the item to your home with very reasonable shipping charges.

I hope this helps!
