My original Polar Express set waiting to make its run back on December 24, 2013.  I purchased a 10th Anniversary set in 2014 so my youngest brother now has the engine, tender, and three passenger cars from the first set.

 As can be seen in the picture below, l wasn't any where near as ambitious when it came to setting up the 10 Anniversary set in 2014.  It is actually the last time a train was setup under that tree.

 Photos were taken with an iPad, so not the best quality.

I have been running my scale double-headed Polar Express over the past month at our big Holiday setup

I believe and at my then 10 year old son's suggestion, watching that movie has become a Christmas Eve tradition in my family before we go to bed.

My recently acquired Polar RR GP7 and my custom Polar Express hobo fire car.  Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of either on the Christmas layout yet...

PE is on the move and rumor has it Rich is missing again.

Operations continue with two BN GP35s and BN/C&S  SD9s on night runs also heading south
