Well I certainly don't need a firehouse so I will stick to my original plan and figure out an industrial front by using DPM modular walls.

Two of the walls with large doors are mirror opposites to allow a vehicle to drive-thru.

You might be able to get another front or rear wall from them and modify it to your needs. You could always get a new rear wall and shorten one of them so that from the front the other will overlap like the normal front does.
