Does any one know if Lionel Repairs is open on MLK Day - trying to get a train repaired

I am trying to get through to Lionel Repair but I have been on hold for over an hour - Does any one know if Lionel is open today on MLK day - I would have expected to get a notice on the message but no message - Just a voice that says your call will handle in the order it was received

i tried contacting them. and i got an email bounce back from the person saying they are not in today.
