Who ran 614 on the Erie Limited excursions? I know Ross, but who else was a part of the crew?
If anyone knows please tell me.

Standard procedure was for Paul Nichini to run the engine on the westbound trip from Hoboken to Port Jervis while Mr. Rowland handled the eastbound return leg.

Not that he was the engineer but Bob Nileski fired her...

Thanks Bob! Is he still involved with 614 today?

Since 614 has not operated in many, many years, I doubt that he, or anyone else, is "involved".
I know that, I meant with the attempted Greenbrier Presidential Express. I saw him in a Mark I video and he seemed young for a steam engineer. How old was he then?

Age had nothing to do with it. He had LOTS of money, and thus was friends with Ross Rowland.
I know that engineers like Rich and Tom Stevens retire eventually, and I know that Ross was operating camelbacks in the yard at age 12. So I think he's had his fill.
I want to clarify, Ross and Paul hogged the right hand seat during all of the NJ Transit excursions?
Brody a Mr.Wells from Greenup Co. ran it when it run out of Russell. He is still alive and in his late 80's still lives local. I went to school with his son . If you can ever remember the old billboard advertising Rail City Hardware with the tarp covering of a real picture featuring the 614,that was Mr.Wells at the throttle
