Looking for Cab signalling detail for cab interior.

Anyone know who would make this detail? IF not what do you think are it's dimentions?

There's one of these, removed from a G but is probably the same, for sale on Ebay Railroadiana; the seller gives dimensions, good photos, etc.

It is taking me longer to write this than it took to find the info by just doing an i'net search for 'PRR cab signal display' ...........

Looks like it can be easily made from a piece of softwood square, then just stamp the round dimples in with the top side of a drill bit and paint.
