Does the Lionel universal lionchief remote able to run legacy engines with Bluetooth?

Yes.   If you have a early uni remote it may need the code upgrade.

Yes.  The current universal remote has bluetooth capability.  The original one did not, if I recall correctly.

I believe you mean the current version of the firmware, not the universal remote itself?  I have one from the first catalog they were in, and with the current firmware, I can control via Bluetooth.

Yes, of course, thank you.  My apologies.  I should have said that if you have an original remote, it does not have Bluetooth but can be updated by the Lionchief app to have Bluetooth. Aging brain .
