I have an engine that will start when i turn on track power with TMCC.

What are you using for your controller? Cab 1, Cab2, DCS? I had the same issue with my Cab2, what it turned out to be was the train brake was partially on, and whatever engine I was using would start up. Could be a grounding issue too?

Are you turning on the TMCC command base at the same time as track power? If so, turn it on first and then track power.
I'm using Cab-1. I have everything connected to two power strips. I turn them on first and power goes to everything. for some reason track 4 isn't powered. I'll hit TR 4 and dial up power and engine 01 will fire up and start to move. all other tracks will have power when I turn on the power strip.

Same here - it was very annoying. With TMCC, it might make a difference which transformer you are using. I have a ZW-C which has to be turned on before the command base is, and I have had to set it to manual control rather than through the remote or the outputs don’t all work. It’s odd that you don’t get power to one track on switching on power.
