I want to use two old lionel ZW's to power about 15 railking building's per side of my layout. Two of the buildings will be operating on each side as well( firehouse,Amtrack board, gabe the lamplighter and dock building). I am using a MTH terminal block for each side of the layout which comes out to 15 buildings per terminal block and ZW. Will this be enough or too little power to work. Thanks in advance for your help.

1 ZW should handle it I think. Converting buildings to LED lighting will greatly reduce load.

I second LED conversion, less heat too.
If you convert them all to LED lighting, you can probably do it with a couple of amps! 
If you don't want the hassle of converting all those buildings to LED lighting, why not just use one or two surplus PC power supplies as discussed on another topic in this forum? They are cheap and this would free up your ZW's.
A couple of those accesories may need AC, for which you can use a much smaller AC transformer, or one ZW output.
