As people get bored with their quarantine lives they’ve been challenging each other to post photos each day of their travels or favorite album covers to Facebook. This past week I put a railroad spin on things and posted a photo I took of my train travels each day. Here are the seven photos I took and shared with the non train lovers. The last wasn’t taken by me but of me in Lynchburg Virginia in 1993 one year before the end of the first NS steam program.

July 12, 1994, Argos, Indiana. Little did I know that the next time I would see her in steam would be April 7, 2016 in Spencer, North Carolina.

Nice! The same is true for me until the 611’s initial return to Roanoke under steam in 2015.
