Fascinating RR Depot - Cherokee IA | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I am here for my wife's family reunion and happened to find this by chance.

This is a great restoration project on the C&IRR depot built in 1896. Picked up a copy of "A morse telegrapher calls the old depot" by E P Parker, who worked here for 40 years. Turns out he was related to my wife!

There's a nice HO layout operated by the Little Sioux Valley RR club
