This is my first post, but a long time lurker

I have the furnace room available to me its space is 20' long one wall x 10' x 15' the second wall.  The furnace and water heater are on the short wall.

I have done up the Fastrack Flashback in a 10 x 12 layout then added a bit of length.  What I really like about this is the reverse circle up at the top end.  It is two separate lines right now as i only run conventional and it saves me wiring in extra blocks.  I have a few TMCC controlled engines, but for that I will plug in when i want.  I also have a second MTH RTR set, that needs a separate loop for its remote.

What do you think?

With that much space, you might want to consider using a wider radius on one circuit to allow the possibility of running larger longer equipment. The reverse-loops circle is a clever way to get reversing tracks, but it does cut you down to a smaller radius to fit it in a manageable space.
