I've searched near and far and cannot find a solution. Here is some of the advice I found searching the forums I followed with no luck;

Swapped the board out with one from a working switch.

Reversed red and green control wires, only straight opens.

I checked that the microswitches were fully pressed by the pie piece.

When it's on the turn, it will open to straight with the remote. When it's on straight, nothing. If I manually put it back to the curve, it will open to straight with the remote. When I manually put it back and throw the lever, it will "twitch' for about a tooth on the pie, so I pulled the motor up from the pie piece and it only spins in one direction, so it's not a mechanical blockage.

The remote lights green when it turned to straight via remote or manual and red when I manually turn the pie piece.

Any ideas?
