Folks hello,

Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction and/or find a seller. Am looking for a #629 passenger car to fill out a set I'm trying to replicate- the Lionel Outfit #260. According to the 1924 Lionel catalog, this set came with #152 engine, #629 passenger, and #630 observation cars. Please see the attached photos.

The 152 engine, I recently restored and runs great. The #630 observation car was my fathers and is "untouched" in good shape. Am looking for that missing piece (#629) which would also need to be "untouched".  I really don't want to mix a restoration project car in this case. It doesn't have to perfect but again please see photos. The actual color is best seen in the pic. with the #106 bridge.

Thanks in advance for any input..

Thanks Dave,

The #106 bridge and #105 approaches were a bit of a challenge to get track restoration right without splices. Also did a restoration to #150 engine and #600 cars- all of which were my fathers. The Motor Doctor supplied rewound armatures and new commutators for both engines which now run great. Figure they're good to go for another 90 years so my kids will enjoy some day.150 set restored
