Travel S/B ok.  The NE extension is now finished from mid county to about 5 miles south of Lansdale where it goes from 3 lanes to two.  After that there is construction off to the side as they continue widening to 3 lanes up to just past Lansdale.  After that I am not aware of anything, but I always check the night before.  Looking forward to seeing you there.

I'll be leaving University City, in Philly, at 0500......will that be enough time to get there by 0630? I can leave earlier.

That might be pushing it a little as it takes me 40 minutes from Harleysville (Lansdale exit of NE Expressway).  The big facture with your route will be the Schuylkill Expressway but at that hour it might be OK.  Just get off at the rt. 476 exit just above Conshohocken exit.  then it's a straight run to mid county and up the NE extension.

At that time of the day you will not have a problem getting there in 90 minutes unless there is traffic from an accident.  

 

I have cousins who live in University City (10 min walk to Penn) and when I leave their house at 1:00 am or so after a sporting event or concert it only takes me 35 minutes to get home in Harleysville (10 min from the Lansdale exit).  Allentown is only 40 minutes away at that time of the morning (as John previously stated).

Ten days in Italy and still getting abuse online. Gee, 'foo-foo' almost sounds like an Italian pastry!

Looks like another great crowd for Saturday, but I'm not sure what's more painful to the tootsies: a few hours walking the ruins of Pompeii or the concrete of the Fairgrounds! 

Gee, Sean will be attending. Can't wait to break chops.

For a real workout, try jogging the streets of Assisi.

You don't have to "let anyone know" The list is just an informal head count. If you decide late Friday that is just fine. Just show up You and whomever you bring are most welcome. All are welcome. We are in the back room, make a left as you come in the front door and head to the back area just ask for the OGR breakfast group. We would sure love to have you attend

Just got the 'early admission' tix today from Ted. Weather will be great this weekend.

Chuck, I'll need a "early" ticket as well. Are they still the same $27. you've charged in the past?

If I were in Sicily, I'd rush out as well.   Of course, it might have changed since I was there.

Won't make the breakfast, but i'll be at the show. This will be my first at this Venue. Havent been to a show in about 2 years, after not missing many in 20. So I need this. 

And we'll be taking attendance!

 

Not to mention some embarrassing pictures! 

Will there be photo-ops too?

 

Only if the FOOFOO pancakes show their creamy face.  Other than that it will be surprise photos only.  With this crowd I should probably leave my good camera home.

For pictures there is always the 11 o'clock "Rogues Gallery" group photo at the OGR booth.  Hopefully the foo foo pancakes will be gone by then!

I've never been to one of these breakfasts before; can someone inform me as to what these "FooFoo Pancakes" are? They look like pancakes slathered in whipped cream with strawberries? (???)

 

That's it, Fred......we tease Chuck mercilessly.......and he's a good sport!

I think you should order it to get the true feeling of the breakfast.  Be aware that all pictures will be posted to the cloud...wherever that is.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any radio stations this time that are playing Christmas music as of yet.

 

So I'll be playing Christmas music from my iPod on the drive to breakfast!
