Flat rate exchange service for DCS TIU?

Does it add engines if you connect it to the remote with a 4-conductor telephone  handset (curly) cable?

Alan,  MTH would have gone through the same process I did.  I talked to them twice while troubleshooting this one.  Normally, if not repairable it is more cost effective to replace.

You can call service to ask, but this is not a board they would refurbish back at the factory for resale.  The newer Rev L is  a different internal board.

I would not trash it.  You do have internal parts such as fuses, receiver board, terminals and such that can come in handy if the Rev L has something happen to it.  G

   Looks like you are going to need to invest in a new TIU, shop around and try to get the best price you can.  Flat rate exchange would be cool however.  As GGG says save the old one for parts.
