"Flower City" York layout?

Shortly after the October 2010 York Meet, it was hinted that the large "Flower City" layout in the Black Hall might be featured in a future OGR. With this in mind, no photos were shown on this forum, although the Eastern Division allowed them to be taken by club members during the off-hours. Are there any plans to publish these photos in OGR?
