flush windows

I did not immediately reply, hoping for more replies. 

I was aware of the Choochenterprises windows, however I gutted the windows into picture windows.  I will contact and see if they can help

I will just have to see what I can improvise.

Hello ,

Plastruct has some thinner types of lexan or acrylic plastic. Find a company with a laser , a sign shop , sign shops have 1/16th which might work ,

then give them the car and tell them what you need done , the process is called rastering . meaning the laser burns away part of the edge to create a flange to let the window glass stick thru partially with out falling thru the opening. Then use canopy glue to hold them in.

Hopefully all your window openings you have modified are the same exact size.
