Hi Mark,
Any plans for Menards to do a movie theater like the Woodland Scenics BR5854? Could have Jack the wonder dog resting in front of the theater and Menards logo on building side(s). Change the marquee to a racing theme movie to tie in with Menards race car.

From their description I think Woodland missed an animation opportunity. traveling lights inside the arches! Would be an attention grabber rather than static lights on another building. If Menards can add glowing embers to burnt engine house, certainly no trick to add a simple board and rows of LEDs in the arches.

I saw one at Charles Ro and was disappointed by the lack of extra detail that I am accustomed to on their previous buildings. It was just another box at the top of their price point. I have 5 of their buildings now and only want their gas station and country store under construction. They do make a nice downtown scene. I almost bought the Atlas built up theater, but still wasn't wowed by that. Maybe if I saw it lit up ,it would have made a difference.
