While driving in the area today I caught a train crossing the road just as I was pulling up to the crossing. Grabbed the cell phone just in time to catch a NS SD70M and 2 Dash 9-CW engines pulling a mixed freight consist. At 41 seconds into the video is a former caboose now the property of Dupont? I wonder what it would be being used for in the present configuration.

I would definitely go for the three car set if it was made, especially by MTH, not that I have anything against Lionel making it and would purchase it if they did, but MTH's price point is lower on rolling stock.

Ugly? Because of the graffiti?

The graffiti, dirt, oil, grime, rust and even the sound of the cars rolling by.  That is a great video you have.  I know some folks do not like the graffiti and dirt but that is what I look for.  Also interesting about the 3 cars for DUPONT shown in the middle of the train.  At the beginning there are a couple of 57 ft reefers for CRYO-Train.  I just took some photos out in Alliance and had to check to see if they where the same ones.  They where not.  Neat cars.

WHY WAIT ON MTH, THE forum, could do these cars!

Look at the simple paint scheme

 1) what style caboose is this and what livery has black colors in this style,

and the 2 other cars as well >

 2) Paint the top half, or appears to be just over 1/2, why not add a blue stripe,  ( then we have a nice) color addition

 3) the gold stripes could be a little off colored
 4) Dupont and Transcaer, are the only logos that are trademarked, so who can

make decals,  What is that at the steps, and the other decal on the right !

 5) change the numbers,

      Voila !!! ,   Crazy, Huh!
