Today we changed the domain for this forum to OGRFORUM.COM.

If you are using a password manager to manage your logins, you'll need to change the login URL from the old URL, which was ogrforum.ogaugerr.com, to the new URL which is now ogrforum.com. Once you do that, you will be able to log in successfully.

If you are NOT using a password manager and are still have a problem logging in, delete the cache and cookies in your browser, then log in again. That will fix it.

This is a ONE-TIME thing. Once you make the change and get your login reset, you won't have  to do it again.

FROM CROWDSTACK TECH SUPPORT:

(The Norton Safe Link warning) ...looks like a false positive to me. I double checked the SSL cert that was generated when you changed your domain and it is valid for ogrforum.com and www.ogrforum.com.

I tried to submit a dispute with Norton, but it told me that a dispute was already in progress.

So I expect whenever they look at the dispute or their automated analysis finishes it will change for ogrforum.com.

For those of you still having issues…

  • USING A PASSWORD MANAGER
    Delete all your saved logins for ogaugerr.com and ogrforum.com.
    Log in here again and let your password manager save the new login.
    Make sure you are going to OGRFORUM.COM, not the old URL.

  • NO PASSWORD MANAGER
    Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
    Go to ogrforum.com and log in again.

We made one small, behind the scenes change in DNS records yesterday afternoon, but I don’t think that would have caused this.

Rich- Just an FYI

After updating my log in last week, I had to log into the Forum again this morning. Never had to under the old domain name. Not a big deal but thought you should let Crowdstack know.

I'm using a Win 10 PC with Firefox (current version)

Scroll up to the comment that Rich posted on the 27th at 12:28. There was a 2nd update that was done after the initial that may have caused you to log in again. Hope this helps.
