Four channel wireless controller for operation of model railroad accessories

This is a handy wireless control module for independent control of up to 4 channels. The self contained module is powered from 12 volts DC.  A 4 channel controller FOB permits independent control of up to 4 different circuits. A jumper can be set to permit ON OFF control using 1 button.

This controller is now used to operate LEDs installed on a custom built O scale construction equipment service building. (photo shown)

Circuit 1 controls exterior lighting for service bay 1.

Circuit 2 controls exterior lighting for service bay 2.

Circuit 3 controls all interior lighting.

Circuit 4 controls front and rear exterior lighting.

Pretty cool.  I take it the two terminals on the right are power inputs?

Where and how much and what's the P/N?

The control circuit requires 12 VDC and is applied at the terminals marked + and -.  Since my LEDs only require about 5 volts each a separate voltage regulator circuit is used for lighting. The regulator circuit is also powered by the 12 VDC.  A circuit diagram is also attached. Note: The LEDs shown have a series limiting resistor included.
