....we're going to finally get to our first Dupage (Wheaton), IL, show a week from today.

Recalling the snafu the fairgrounds created in the double scheduling for the June date.....causing cancellation for the first time ever for the bi-monthly train show...we're hoping to finally get there (from Meeeeshigan).

Anything we should know in making the rounds in a timely fashion??

The show is only 4 buildings.  3 buildings are usually full of sellers but 4th building is almost always a pass...meaning not much to see.  You can walk through show in a hour or less.  Maybe the first time a little bit longer.  There is not a lot of O'Gauge if that is what you are looking for.  The show has become more HO and toys & things show with old stuff. Sometimes you will find good deals with the outside sellers but depends what you are looking for.  I live close by but only go to the show a couple times a year because there is not much there that interests me other than if I need parts like light bulbs etc and sometimes meeting up with some friends.  It's not like other train shows like Trainfest in Milwaukee WI in Nov.  The best show at Dupage is usually in December where there are a lot of sellers but again there is not a huge selection of O'Gauge.  Many times I leave the show not buying anything.  Obviously, this is my opinion of the show but I am trying fairly state what show is like.
