Chris, you are right. I love the scenery from the rear window, as well as the train operations. It is not as easy to do as it once was, in the days of observation cars, but at least it can still be done at times. Here's views of the scenery as we went north. Starts leaving Penn Station, then the palisaides, George Washington Bridge, "up the river" to Sing Sing, and other views.
Had to make sure to get West Point, since oldest teaches there.
