I was looking at Trainz listing for an engine and wondered if it ran OK. The listing said FUNCTIONAL I had my doubts and some digging revealed they consider it functional merely by the items appearance.I had never seen this before the term to me means it should run.
Whats your opinion?

Why? They're a sponsor here and many, many people have had good service from them going back years. The topic comes up here in the forum every six months or so.
From a search using the forum's 'Search' page it appears that there are few big problems and it also appears that there has never been one that they did not resolve to the purchaser's satisfaction.
What's your issue with them?
