I was at the Fine Scale Model show this weekend and stumbled across this young couple with the most awesome building kits. Nicest product I have seen in thirty years of modeling. The finished kits are unbelievable. The instructions are plain as day. The fit and finish is beyond compare. They even lift off their bases on the layout with a dowel system. See above photos in post.
Looks great. I've bookmarked the web site for when I start filling in my new layout with buildings. Thanks for posting this.
These kit are engineered beyond belief! The interior frame is Masonite and the fitand finish clean as a bell! His system of male/female dowel to lif structure off base is genius! Instructions are step by step in bound book with clear photos! This couple did a great job!
John thanks for your post. These are really quality structures. Although a little pricey you get what you pay for. I'm considering the Picklers Warehouse structure shown in your 1st pic for $225.00 for my new layout.
Don't let the price shake you too much. These kits are top quality and the realism and engineering is unbelievable. Each one is made in small lots at a time and not mass produced. A really great center piece for the layouts.
I picked up the station with the Pennsy round tower on top. Great stuff. Picklers in my next order.
John I have all the rolling stock and locos that I'll ever need so I don't mind paying the price for their structures. I'm trying to stay away from plastic mass produced structures.
I am in the same boat! Did some BAr Mills which are sweet but this is a whole new level! I wish I had photos of the Masonite frames! I'll send photos as I construct!
Thanks Guys,
Will get these pictures up soon.

Here is pictures of picklers warehouse internal construction. 1/8" masonite is
laser cut, note edges keyed for perfect fit. Then northeastern scale basswood siding
also laser cut to size as also door and window openings. Simply laminate on
to strong frame. Then paint and add windows and details.
