MTH offered the Premier version of the Bush Funeral train in components. The site link is:

Technically, the funeral train was an assemblage of business cars pulled by UP4141 and UP4096 with the door removed from the "American Flag" baggage car. There's a list of the actual cars out there somewhere.
In addition Lionel produced 4141 as a separate sale item, long before the funeral. 2011 to be exact.
Its 6-34618. I suspect its identical to the set engine save the audio.
