Pretty cool, I never heard of this place.
The thing about these schools is you have no promise of employment, or even a interview. If you went through the school, and you got hired your still going to have to go through that particular railroads training program. It would be far easier and cheaper just to keep trying to direct hire. The class 1's have training programs, you don't need prior rr experience, and you'll save the tuition money.

No, he doesn't own it, but he could certainly TEACH at it.
If I'm not mistaken (which I oftem am) Hot Water is the Dean of Admissions.
Hot Water expels any student who says lash-up or calls a Locomotive Engineer a Driver.
