Bill, I purchased the ballast some 15 years ago when I built my first layout. Since I did not glue it down, I was able to vacuum it up and reuse it on this layout. The place that made and sold it has since gone out of business. I have not been able to contact them since but here is their info, Hunter Scenery Co PO Box 12793. St. Pete FL 33733.
