Here's a short scene from our new video, "Great Layout Adventures 11"

Here are a few scenes of trains running on Bob Bartizek's amazing 3-rail layout, the Pennsylvania & Western Railroad. Bob's railroad features a very well done model of the world-famous Horseshoe Curve. There are many scenes of trains running on the curve in this video!

You can see Bob's entire layout in full HD video when you order your copy of GLA 11 HERE.

We MAY be able to ship before York.

I say "may" because we are producing inventory for the York meet right now. We produce our DVD and BluRay discs in-house, on a machine that does a very nice job, but is not terribly fast. Once we are sure we have enough inventory for the York meet, we'll start shipping to customers that have ordered on-line. York is only two weeks away, so even if we can't ship until after York, it's not a long wait.

Orders will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis, so get your order in ASAP.

Order the STANDARD DVD HERE.

Order the HIGH DEFINITION BluRay HERE.

We shot a whole bunch of great scenes for this video.  Viewers will get a good feel for how the Pennsylvania & Western is operated like a real railroad, with several different operators running their trains, switching cars, meeting other trains at passing sidings, etc.  Railfans will get to see many classes of Pennsy power in action, including:

Steam

B6sb 0-6-0

E6s 4-4-2

H6sb 2-8-0

H10s 2-8-0

L1s 2-8-2

M1a 4-8-2

I1sa 2-10-0

N1s 2-10-2

J1a 2-10-4

Q1 4-6-4-4

Q2 4-4-6-4

T1 4-4-4-4

Diesel

SW-1

F-3

Baldwin Sharknose

RS-1

Centipedes

Lima Transfer Unit

Trains move general freight, passengers (with lots of head-end baggage/mail/express), troops and lots of coal.

I'll also share some tips on making 3-rail couplers work as smooth as butter, finding some O-scale detail parts you may not have seen and how to stain wood to exactly the shade you want for fences, trestles, loading docks, etc.

Bill Bramlage and I had a lot of fun making this video and I'm sure that everyone will find something to like!

Looks like a must have edition!

No and no.

I use a little music here and there where it is appropriate. Voice and music are in the same audio track.

Congratulations on your layout video Bob.

Yours looks to be one of the nicest layouts I've seen and I will look forward to buying the BluRay version.

You're in good company with Bill Bramlage as well.

TJ

Was at the top of my list at York and was my first purchase just after the doors opened. Just a great job on 2 fantastic but very different layouts. I've been a huge fan of Bob Bartizek's layout for years. I've already watched it 4 times. Done very much like the old Allen Keller videos of which I have a few. An overview of the layout,  the way in which it operates and a few how to segments. Nicely done Rich.
