I just put up 2 sets of these shelves does anyone have any Ideas on enclosing them to keep the dust off the trains i am planning to put some sides around it so need options for the front that is not too expensive

I think the easiest would be a 1"x6" Frame like a bookshelf using the shelf for the back and rout a pair of 1/4" grooves in the top & bottom and use (2) pieces of Plexiglass as sliding doors.
Generally speaking, nothing is going to work very well. Perhaps you should consider enclosed cabinets if dust is that big of a problem. If you have central HVAC I would suggest installing a better filter and leave the fan running in the system so that dust is continually being trapped. The fan draws very little current so if you ran it during the time the family is active in the house it would help solve your problem.
However, I have enclosed cases and things still attract dust.
