A friend gave me a boxcar and said it was a gloo-craft car and I was looking for some history on them. He said the company was from the Toledo Oh. area. Not sure if the spelling is correct. If anybody has any info on this I would apprieiare it

I always thought it was "Gloor Craft".
Gloor Craft purchased the line of wood car and structure kits manufactured by Quality Craft. Quality Craft was owned and operated by Bob Weaver, who later founded Weaver Models. Bob also made several wood car kits sold under the Ambroid brand - two of which were a 40' DRG&W box car and a 50' SFRD wood body reefer. The kits were nicely done and fun to build.
