How about the whole set, for a proper 20th Century Limited train?

You might try looking at the New York Central System Technical & Historical Society for photos & information on the 20th Century Limited over the years of operation.

I'm assuming you're asking about the current GGD offerings. Here are a links to timetables, one from 1948 and one from 1951. A few pages in in each is a list of typical cars for the trains (not including head-end cars, such as baggage, mail or dormitory).
