I know some of you had read my earlier post about a difficulty I had been having in getting a refund of return shipping charges on the return of a defective engine. I want to say today that the retailer has agreed to and has already completed the transaction to refund both the purchase price of the engine and my return shipping charges.
Kudos to Charles Ro! They have done a good job for me in the past in my purchases of quality merchandise and now, a good job when something went wrong!
