I just drove under a railroad viaduct with a long train of high-cube box cars covered half way up the sides with graffii!  (no great art or intelligible..more like what passes for modern art)  With trespassing on railroads strongly discouraged,  I wonder where these cars would be sitting that people with too easy access to spray cans can leisurely  disfigure a lot of square feet of a large object, and a lot of those objects?
