The GRRY has a very good chance of being successful. Their primary customer, as indicated in the site, is Morton Salt. However, now that the railroad is up and running, other opportunities are coming on to their radar screen. With only 2.56 miles of track to maintain, MOW expenses will always be low!
I met the principal owner, Terry Feichtenbiner, when he was the Division Road Foreman on CSX out of Clifton Forge, VA. Back in the late 80s we ran the 765 down there once a year on a special charter trip. Terry was GM on the Ohio Central in Youngstown, OH when I was Superintendent there.
