I placed an Order for some Atlas CZ truck Parts,no diagram and missed one part after the Parts arrived.I called Atlas and the Parts Person sent me the four Parts no Charge,that is great service.

Atlas is FIRST CLASS all the way. I also ordered parts recently. Very pleasant to deal with, informative, and fast to get the parts out! Atlas responds quickly to emails about service as well. This is part of the reason blue boxes are multiplying around here!
I wanted a metal Erie-Built. They sold me a plastic body and attachments for cheap, and tonight I am screwing together the metal castings. I told them what I was up to, and they were ok with it - so, yeah. Good folks.
They gave me freebie transmissions when I was the Museum mechanic. Kept a couple Diesel models running long after they should have been scrapped.
