For Christmas, I received a Lionel Penn Central N5b caboose. Unfortunately, it did come with the scale smokestack. I did some research and found others had the same issue. So I called Lionel and told them the issue. Without a single question, they asked my name, my address, said "we'll ship it out for you" and hung up. Two days later, I got it in the mail. Very impressed! ...Ryan, if you're reading this, great job!

I remember I purchased the first release of the Legacy 10 wheeler. The smoke unit would not turn off... Lionel gave me an RA, paid the shipping, repaired it, and sent it back in one week... great locomotive.
I have always gotten good service from Lionel as well. They are good about keeping their customers happy. Really, I have gotten good service from all the O gauge folks I have had contact with, can't remember a bad experience with any of them since I got back in the hobby a few years ago. Must be a good bunch of folks!

Purchased a Atlantic Coast Line - Lionchief Plus for my grandson. Out of the box the remote worked only part time. One phone call and another remote is in Priority Mail. Very good service. Impressed.
