For years I have been seeing the Miller Engineering animated sign for Who's Hobby Shop on their website and listed on other model train web stores, all the time wondering the significance of the sign. We recently went to Yellowstone NP on a vacation and ended up at Rapid City. Walking the city looking at the statues of all the presidents on the street corners I looked up and saw this sign. We went in the next day and talked with the owner. He had approached Miller about a special run for his store, but the minimum number was too high. However, Miller offered to make it on their own and he could purchase his number because it was such a unique sign. Super friendly people and large selection of all hobbies. Be sure to visit them if you are ever in the area.
