That's awesome news!  My grandfather left from that station to take his first job away from home. He responded to an ad for a principal in the two room schoolhouse in East Marion, NY.  He wasn't sure where East Marion was, other than in New York State.  To get there, he took the train to Weehawken, NJ... then a ferry to Manhattan, then the LIRR to Jamaica, then another LIRR train to Greenport, then a milk wagon to East Marion.

Everything except the milk wagon was arranged by the ticket agent in Middletown!
