Very nice, and I'm really interested to figure out where that was shot from. Great angle that I haven't seen before.
I'd also like to see the original image. As nice as it is, there is a bunch of post-processing done to that shot, including what appears to be a fair amount of desaturation.

Kgdjpubs it lloks like it was taken from the roof of one of the buildings directly across Wills Creek.
Nice shot! I'm thinking it's taken from the 'old folks home' caddy-corner on Baltimore Street or maybe the church just up the hill.

Anyone remember when the old folks home was the Algonquin Hotel?
Yep! I'm 78 now, and when my Mother went shopping in Cumberland, and take
me with her, (since we went on the train)we would
catch the Western Maryland at Westernport, and when we got off the train
at Cumberland, we walked to Baltimore Street, and you could see the hotel
across the street.
PS. I didn't go with her when she would take the bus!
