Today i went to the show in middletown, ny, kinda dissappointed on what i saw, it was mostly a toy show & picture show , than a train show. They did hav great operating displays.

My friend told me he was out of there in 30 minutes after being very close to the front of the line at opening. He bought a book just to keep it from being a waste of time.
Doesn't sound good, we got one coming to Wilmington Delaware in 2 weeks, that I plan on attending...
There's on at Columbia Green College today in Hudson n.y. going to check it out. Hope it's worth it!
Well just got back and i gotta say, it was crowded. Seemed to be a nice show with a nice turnout, lotta great prices,H.O. was king here and toy cars. Lots of old stuff. All in all a good show.
I just go back too. The show had more HO and toys than anything else. My friends son bought an Lionel 0-8-0 for about 95 bucks. But every year the show gets smaller and It really isn't worth the 7 bucks to get in, compared to Allentown or York.
thats great, i was looking for mostly postwar, thats why i was dissappointed.
I agree Midletown was a bummer.

I thought the one in Va. Beach last weekend was a great show. A L-O-T of HO and a PANTLOAD of S-scale, but a real decent amount of O-scale as well.
Still, the only thing I bought was a truck and some detail items to place around the layout. Most of what I saw I either already had or had no interest in it.
Attendance seemed to be high, does Greenberg post attendance numbers? We only have 3 shows at most here during the year, plus a couple up in Richmond, althought eh LCCA will be hosting in Norfolk this year.
