No,Rick is Rick Makousky  (I doubt if I spelled that right.)  Rick worked at the WMSRR, then NS, then on to Amtrak as an engineer. He works (the last I heard of him) out of Washington DC, not on the rails anymore for AMtrak. The photo was made back in 2008, when the 25 was redone at the shops of the WMSRR.

Son Doug does work at the CSX shops in Cumberland, a locomotive electrician.

We had a cab ride with him some years ago.  My wife normally doesn't care much for trains but she had a blast talking with Rick about his work.
