NYC was a thought just because of the huge number.
I took a stab at the year Tweetsie started, but realized that would have been sooner in the year by date anyhow.
NYC is the answer, the lot had 100 cars originally numbered 97000-97099. These had a panel door. The Youngstown door was installed in the late 1930's and the cars renumbered.
At least I didn't throw the PRR out there.
